Our Projects

Arcus designs, develops and manages a broad range of residential and commerical properties throughout New York.

Fox Hollow

Fox Hollow, a new twelve-home community in the highly sought-after Hudson Valley region of New York, just two hours north of New York City.

150 Wooster

Located in the heart of Soho between Prince and Houston Streets in the neighborhood’s Cast Iron Historic District, 150 Wooster is comprised of two approximately 5,000 square foot retail stores, and just six expansive condominium residences starting at approximately 4,270 square feet.

Wythe Lane

The Townhouses of Wythe Lane are a collection of six single-family houses of unparalleled space, craftsmanship and design in Williamsburg. Each house features private garaged parking, a garden and roof terrace, as well as a dedicated private entry through beautifully landscaped Wythe Lane. The project was completed in the Fall of 2016.

253 Pacific

Located in Boerum Hill, right off Brooklyn’s “restaurant row” of Smith Street, this space redefines contemporary living in brownstone Brooklyn. This brand new five-story building was meant to evoke an old factory and was built entirely out of concrete—a feat previously unheard of for a building this size.

134 Spring | 84 Wooster

Located in the heart of Soho, one of world’s greatest shopping destinations, this seven story, 80,000 rentable square foot office and retail building is a trophy property like few others in the neighborhood. Since 2005, Arcus has owned this historic corner of downtown Manhattan, operated out of these offices, and provided tenants with responsive, on-site management.

489 Henry

Located in the landmarked neighborhood of Cobble Hill, Brooklyn, this 1850’s townhouse was completely gutted and rebuilt from the inside out. The traditional landmarked façade was left completely contextual and almost untouched.
